Dear Sir,

I have given request for deactivation of my airtel post paid a/c, mobile no 9840949332, in the month of febuary 2008. Subsequently I received the confirmation from airtel representative that the mobile no 9840949332 is being deactivated as per the request and the sim can no longer be used for communication.

The sim was not used after feb 29.

But I have received on bill for the month of March of Rs 284.40 which I paid.

I have received another bill on April for Rs 419.67

On contacting airtel I am told that the sim is not deactivated.

This is wrong on the part of airtel. I request airtel to take this in consideration.
