Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice the level to which your customer support has fallen. Pathetic would be the correct word to describe the current Airtel Customer Care.
It has happened with me in the past 10 days that MY GPRS is not working on leaptop during roaming I called to local customer care at Gwalior, The customer care of gwalior told that they are unable to solve my problem and said that I have to call at orissa customer care and the second problem is that from gwalior orissa customer care is not reachable . on.
I would like to remind you that I pay for the service & it is not coming for free.
In case you care a little about the brand image of Airtel then please look into the matter. If you are unable to pull my past call recordings then I have all the calls recorded & I can email them to you.
Honestly saying your poor customer service has turned a very loyal & satisfied customer into a highly irritated & unsatisfied customer.
I would appreciate if some one responsible can contact me from you team and help.
