I have been using an AIRTEL postpaid number 09933089120 for a period of 18 months, though I have a BSNL connection, 09434189120, for last 6 years. I have been paying all my AIRTEL bill on time which was on average Rs.500-800.To my amazement, I found my bill for the month of May was Rs.6000.I contacted customer care, wrote to the M.D., and asked them to give details of my use, which they still failed to provide till date, and disconnected my connection. Being a doctor of well repute, I find my patients not able to contact me, and are facing trouble. Please suggest what to do, as I am opting for a legal action against these AIRTEL people.
