Today i.e. on 24th Oct i just lost the network on my cell phone. I tried to get the network again by switching off my cell and again switching it on. and also tried by changing the cell. but it did not work. then i tried airtel customer care number 9892012345 from landline but that was also not working. i would have tried at least 20-30 times. Then i tried to contact nodal officer abha gupta, her number is 9987234865 and her landline 40031404 but that also did not work. then i tried to call their appellate jaspreet arora and his number is 9987244865 and the landline is the same for abha..this is disgusting that u could not adress ur complaint... i want an serious action to be taken against airtel..as this is not the first time i am facing problem.
