Dear Sir,

Myself Mr. Jaykumar Chauhan was using Airtel Post card from 4 years. From last year November the mobile started showing error " Sim Card Registration Failed". The same was being conveyed to Airtel Helpline no. 121, but the response & service was so poor, that no one solved my problem. Everytime a false commitment was being given mobile will start working in next 08 hours. Also it was being informed to Airtel office at Vega Centre, Tilak Road & it was accepted that i should not pay the bill, though i am not using it & was asked to call after 3-4 days, but no solution, only false commitment. Though I am not using mobile, why should i pay the bill, but still, i am receiving the bill from Airtel asking to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.773.00.

I kindly request you to look into this matter & solve my problem at the earliest
