Network Problem

I am Airtel user since 5yrs my complaint is regarding Network Problem its been ages m complaining about the network problem yet no action been taken due to which everytime i would have many call drops unnecessary bills coz of network problem... i feel hell to pick or give call from my home can anyone look into it.
