Dear All,
I would like to launch a complaint against following issues :
1. ISD services was deactivated without any prior notice on May 23.
2. I was on romaining I was asked to call on 9810012345 and I was promise a call back at 5:30 pm June 2.
3. On june 4 or or 5th I have spoken to Sunil at customercare and he also promised a call back within 24hrs which still date I haven't received. He provided the complaint number # 10395680.
4. Again today June 10 first I have spoken to Deepak he denied to connect the call to supervisor and disconnected the call. Second time when i called back again it took 30 mins to be connected to supervisor. When I provided the complaint number, I was suprised to know that ticket number provide to me was opended in Nov. This number is only 14 months old.
NOW LET ME MORE SPECIFIC THAT I WILL NOT PAY THE BILL FOR THIS NUMBER. I NEED THE CALL BACK FROM YOU GUYS OTHER WISE I WOULD PUBLISH THIS IN MEDIA HOW AIRTEL FAKES THEIR CUSTOMER. THEY MAKE BIG PROMISE TO GET CUSTOMER AND ONCE PEOPLE IS TRAP THEY KNOW HOW TO???
I WOULD APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE RESPOSIBLE GET IN TOUCH WITIN 24 HRS.
