Activbation of friend ship pacakage without permission

I have two mobile no postpaid for more than 07 years. 9818865554 and 9818698402.

airtel company has been activating friendship package services on my both mobile (post paid) without my permission. I HAD ALSO COMPLAINED TO CUSTEMER CARE, BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN LISTENING.Please direct air tel not to activate any service on my both tele without written request in future. also ensure DE-ACTIVATION OF SAID SERVICE WITH EFFECT FROM THE DAY OF ACTIVATION. NO CHARGES TO BE LEVIED FOR WRONG ACTIVATION OF THIS SERVICE. AIR TEL CUST CARE NOT RESPONDING FOR LAST THREE DAYS.
