Airtel Post Paid Mobile Connection
Poor network coverage

I am staying in BARC Township, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai. I have Airtel Post Paid Connection (No. 09967064967). I have been using the services of this service provider since last about two years. In the beginning the services were good. The connectivity was excellant. But since last few months (after the fire accident in Lower Parel) the network coverage is very poor. In this connection many complaints were lodged on phone. Inspite of many (false) assurances no action has been taken till date. I am compell to use this connection due to the reason that I have no option to opt the services of other service provider on the same number. The irresponsible attitude of the service provider in this regard is highly objectionable.
