Not receiving bill neither thru mail nor any hard copies

Dear All

I am using 599 plan in Jammu &there`s not been single month that i have recieved any copy of bill to my no. 09906095105.Every time i have to call customer care for bills or i have to give confirmation thru sms that i have not recieved bill. The customer care provide such worse solutions that it seems that i have made a blunder purchasing this connection. And on same time if bill doesn`t get deposited & get delayed by single day i recieve endless calls from customer care. So can you take my words seriously and provide me the permanant solution for this. And a last please send me my bill for last month as due date is approaching.
