Nonsence Talking

I called to customer care where a girl, i dont know her name (ref no. 0311452217) pick the phone and talk to me in a bad way and then my call in transferred to Airtel customer care super visor (Mr. Hiren) in Ahmedabad, he also talk to me nonsensly and when i say that how u r talking with me then he say " aap kar lo jo aase ho sake mein aapko information nahi doonga' i want to take action ifyou didn't rely then i will go to higher authorties.
