Dear Sir

I am the user of Airtel mobile no 9860027807 from Goa. On 15/9/9 at 10.10 am I got a message from 5432105 telling that that "Thank you for subscribing to matrimony ob Mobile Rs 10 for 10 days. To create your matrimony profile dial *321*11# (toll free). To deactivate send STOP to 121.

I never subscribed to any of such things and I am 57 years old. i do not know to send sms on mobile at all. I just manage to make and receive calls. Now I lost a lot money more than Rs.200.00

I do not know how the money cut. What system is this simply making a mebership and money being cut I called custommer care nothing is done. i am loosing my money everyday. I do not know to check i seek the help from others. Is this customer service or customeer squezing done by Airtel. I am told by people to complain in Consumer court.

I do not know want to do I want my money back, it is nearly Rs.300.00.

I hope you can do something to help me.
