Activation of SIM

D/Nodal Officer,

I was issued with a DUPLICATE SIM on 08 oct 09 at sector 4, DAWARKA, N Delhi, as I had lost my mobile. The airtel rep at the counter Mr. NIRBHAY who is quite ignorant of the procedures and has a NEGATIVE attitude informed me with a lot of reluctance that my sim will be activated with in 48/72 hrs. However UNFORTUNATELY even after 90hrs my sim is NOT (R) NOT activated.

On enquiry from cust care it was found that request for activation of my sim was NOT forwarded by the Airtel outlet at sector 4 (i.e, Mr Nirbhay has failed to do his job). Visited Airtel outlet on 11 oct 09 at 1930h to find out the reason for non activation of sim. Mr. Nirbhay was not in no mood to listen to my greviance. in fact his attitude is not conducive for dealing with customers.

I hereby request you to take corrective measures and ensure that my sim is activated at the earliest and to properly train your staff in dealing with hapless customers.
