Complaint no. 5100130603200, plz find the above mentioned complaint number, my mobile no. 9704510059, from my mobile unsuspectedly reducing the account balance, by calling the customer care they are said that i have used internet from my mobile my mobile model is Nokia1100, there is no browsing option to brows net from my mobile, plz ensure to send me my account balance back. plz
