Disconnection

Thru their telemarketing agents I purchase sim card with special number. For this special number I paid Rs.- as a premium as per their demand. Subsequently i received bill for Rs.67/- and the same has been paid immediately. After this my sim card was disconnected without any information. This special number I have purchased for my new business. But I could not start my new business till date and now I am incurring a heavy loses.

I visited their offices but they are not giving any reply or solution.

Can you help me. Advise me.
