WE HAD PURCHASED AIRTEL SIM ALMOST A MONTH AGO. THEY HAD GIVEN US NO . 9096752590.
AFTER RECEIVING MY DOCUMENTS. (VOTING CARD AND DRIVING LICENCE) THEY ACTIVATED THE
CARD. WE USED THE CARD FOR SOME TIME AND WE EVEN CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TO
DEACTIVATE RING TONE WHICH THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US FOR.THEY DEACTIVATED
THE RING TONE AND AFTER SOME DAYS THEY DEACTIVATED THE NUMBER ALSO.
ON INQUIRING THEY SAID THEY TRIED TO CALL US BUT COULD NOT VERIFY IT SO THEY HAVE
BLOCKED THE SIM. THERE WAS NO CALL RECEIVED FROM THEM. THEY CAN ALWAYS CALL NOW AND VERIFY WHAT THEY WANT BUT THEY HAVE SIMPLY BLOCKED THE SIM.
TO RECONNECT AGAIN THEY WANT US TO PRODUCE NEW DOCUMENTS. I ASKED FOR MY OLD DOCUMENTS BACK WHICH THEY ARE NOT RETURNING SAYING THEY ARE SENT TO PUNE.
I AM VERY MUCH AFRAID THEY MIGHT MISUSE MY DOCUMENTS.
I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINT WITH THE RETAILER BUT OF NO USE.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE SEND ME THE AML ADDRESS OF AIRTEL COSTOMER SERVICE.
