From 23rd july a text base sms coming and deducting Re 1 per sms. sms are coming from he number 64611001 to my airtel mobile number 9903412735 (lifetime prepaid). I wish to stop this deduction forthwith. Repeated request over phone and through personal visit to the airtel customercare at R.G.CELLULAR, near golpark, South Kolkata, W.B. since 23/07 failed to yield result. Now i place my request to you for redressal of the quoted grievance.
