Airtel USB connection

I am using 98101 31287 since 16 August 08 and since that day i am having problems. I am only getting speed of 30 KB/s, i have raised number of tickets about it but airtel did nt do anything. Now, finally i would like to leave airtel, its the poorest network and has worst customer service.
