Airtel USB Internet Connection Activation Problem

Airtel India's largest network has failed to provide a good service for his customer. Syed Fazullah Quadri who is working as a team leader @ Himayatnagar Branch Hyderabad, told that the USB Wireless Internet Connection would be activated with in 24hrs by his statement only i opted for the connection even all the documets required for the activation also submitted on the same day itself. even we walked into branch to talk with Syed as he is not there we approach some other customer reprasentative, he pesters on us as if we are annoying him even the response to the customers was very rude and careless.

Is this the way you provide service to the customers?

i strongly recommend other people not to go for airtel service.

if you guys believe that we strongly bind to the service then activate my connection and show to me.

986672827 is the number which i need to be activated.

i know you people never understands the customer because we all are indians and we know only how not to work.

hope you activate my connection and get back to me.
