Airtelwap services cutting money unnecessarly!

Dear sir,

im a regular customer of Airtel ive never faced such problem from 2005 but nowadays ur deducting amount of 10/- from our balance always, even after complaining to the customer care excutive of urs, pl kindly stop this inconvinence as we are facing problem .will u pay back our deducted amount? certanily not so why is this problem! pl kindly do something or else we have to do something.
