I was requested for activation of MO dated on 08/ 11 and that time Rs. 500.00 had deducted from my account, same time a representive was visited at my home and tould or promissed me that kindly you take broadband service of air tel and whatever your amount have deducted that will be refund in your account in a day and same time he send request to deactivation for MO. But no body has responded positively still now, while alot of time have complaint to customer care. You can check my history of call that whatever have done.
