Defective sofa set

I have purchased a sofa set last year on 15-8-08 @ 35000/- at the time of selling the shopkeeper mr B.K.Panday has told me that if any problems come before you we will give u life time serviece. But after six months the wood of sofaset is breakig form somewhere and i consulted him for replacing or changing the defetive part of the sofa then the refused to do so.he told me he has maintained a compalin when the supplier will send the defective part of sofa then they will replace it.now more then six months is gone but there is no response come.please help us.
