My AllinOne DJ F380 was not able to scan. It was out of Warranty. When I telephoned hp customer support I was told to get it serviced from M/S Redington India Limited, GS Mall, F-2 & F2A, First Floor, Near Rajiv Gandhi Statue, Somajiguda, Hyderabad-500082. When I telephoned them, nobody lifted the phone on 13th May during office hours. On 14th they told me that I can give my AllinOne DJ F380 at 9:30 AM on 15/5/09. Even at 11:30 AM there was no service engineer to check and tell me what is the problem with my AllinOne DJ F380.
I have given my AllinOne DJ F380. Serial No. CN6CCGK38B GIVEN ON 15/5/09 for Servicing (Work Order No. HY/09/00984) to M/S Redington India Limited, GS Mall, F-2 & F2A, First Floor, Near Rajiv Gandhi Statue, Somajiguda, Hyderabad-500082, India. It is strange that 2 phones numbers mentioned on the work order are not working and the other two keep ringing and are rarely received. Whenever I am lucky to get somebody receive my telephone call or send a person, I get a reply that they would call and tell me about the problem and the cost involved. They never bother to call and tell what is the problem. Till 6/6/09 I had to call almost everyday more than 5 times to get a vague reply. After many phone calls, after 4 days they tell me that the Carriage assembly has to be replaced. I agreed for that. They made me wait for another 10 days and told me that they don't know what is the problem, charged about Rs 110/- for servicing (?) and returned the AllinOne DJ F380 as it was. It is strange that an international company like hp has such poor servicing. Unfortunately I have 3 allinones from hp in my clinic. Now I know that if something goes wrong hp will not bother to service them.
