Customer services atttitude!

I made a phonecall today regarding an item i purchased online (Allsaints.com) on clothes fashion online retailer, I purchased the item fine and sent it out to a friend however i accidentally lefted the original sticker on the box with allsaints returns address on it so the item was sent back to Allsaints and not my friend even tho the address was clearly written on the front of the package, Anyway i rang the Allsaints customer services explaining what had happened and a very hostile young lady most likely in her teens spoke to me about this matter and i have to say i was disgusted by her attitude iv worked in a callcentre and i no that you have to be 100% professional and polite when speaking to a customer she obviously had her own policies about this and was extremely hostile towards and kept say WHat!! down the phone to me and 'sighing' heavily as i was trying to give her my order number and email address i got so angry at her attitude i put the phone down.. i want to make a formal complaint but allsaints.com dont have a complaints department so i dont know what to do?
