Not sewing properly

Sewing machine is not working properly. The cloth moves backward instead of forward direction. The stitch length dial is not working properly. We have already registered the complaint on 16/08 by your toll free number and I got a complaint registration number S1181700209 on 17/08. But I didn't get any service yet. Kindly do the needful to rectify the complaint of at the earliest.
