BILL DELEVARY SYSTEM IS NOT GOOD

I an sushil kumar mandal my mobile no. is 9899988414 (vodafone no.)

my billing date is every 3rd. day of month and last date

of bill pay 21st in every month.

But this month still now i have not receive my mobil bill.

I new from vodafone coustomar my bill amount Rs. 509.

Now i want to know Rs.100 fine add in next bill?

if Rs. 100 fine in next bill i can't pay fine money

because its vodanone fault not my.
