Dear sir/madam

iam sundar and i bought a new alto car reg #TN 02 w 1633 on feb and till now i have driven only 7000 kilometers and in the recent floods on Nov 22 my vehicle got drowned and i gave my flooded vehicle to nearby service center maruthi named popular services in saligrammam, chennai, india on 24.nov. but till now my vehicle was not serviced in a good condition. On one fine day i got a call stating that my car was serviced and can be taken. Mr. Roshan was the first person to call me on behalf of my car and i went to get back my car. I was shocked to see that my car was not being serviced at all. Seats were very wet and my mat was misplaced and instead one worn out old mat was placed and i fixed lights on the base but they were broked during lifting my vehicle and head lamps were not foccusing properly, cranck sound was heared on my stearing and was tight, wheels were noisy when moving in a slow speed, pickup was very low, my pioneer set was out of service and right side door got a dent made by them and scratches made by them was horrible (till now only one dent was made by me and no scratches was done by me during these 2 years) but they didnt except this at all.

I spoke with the manager reg this and he said it will be rectified and on one day i got a call that the tyre sound was made due to the reason that it was having a problem in the thread so i have to apply for the jk tyre company so i did and i paid Rs.324 on 05-12 and got a new tyre. Then the tubes which were broken by them they accepted and deducted the price in the bill. They also excepted the scratches and dents made by them and rectified them.

But their service advisor after roshan Mr. keshav rao was attending my vehicle then i got a cranck sound on the stearing but he said it was due to the reason that it was oiled if i drove it for few km then it will become normal and there is also a noise in the front fan he said that it will also come down in a few days. I trusted him and took my vehicle back on 24th december. Then i went out with my parents for a ride then i noticed that the stearing was not properly fixed i was in a high way. When the stearing was placed in a straight condition the vehicle was goind towards the left and noise of the fan increased and also lights were not focussing its deviating towards the left extremely.

Again on 29th dec i went back to complain Mr. Keshav rao said to me that the stearing column should be changed and also the fan as the coil was worn out. He promised me that it will come within a couple of days and asked me to come on 02 jan i did but no stock was the answer from him. Then i went on 12 janand waited from morning 9 till eve 6 for my vehicle to be returned. Now Mr. Mani was taking care of my vehicle. Their manager Mr Balaji promised that it will be done within a couple of hours but it took many hours but ended in vein.

Till now the problem was not yet solved. I went to the service station more than 25 times but no result till date so i request you to take necessary action in this matter regarding.

They are pesturising me and testing my patience.

I kindly request you sir/madam to take severe action. Please inform me weather u ll take action atleast becos iam wexed hearing false promises from them. I heared ull take action hence i mailed please do the needfull in this matter regarding.

The manager and the team mates are producing bills which makes me to get heart attack till now they gave me a bill of nearing 75000 both insurance and my depreciation coverings. But i dont trust them weather all were fixed in a brand new parts???
