Dear sir:
we bought a inverter and battery of Amara raja make on March 8th from Aditya Electrical works (in fact he is a govt.approved electrical contractor), Tanuku -534211, west godavary district, A.P.with Invoice No;308, of 400 kv ace model. He is saying he gave the guarantee card for battery, if he has given it would have with instruction booklet only. Now he is saying we don't have a guarantee card for battery. In the second month (april it self) digital inverter got problem and the seller took the book from my parents, if at all he gave the guarantee card he would have have taken without knowing my parents. To repair he took 4 months to get back inverter, now 20 days back battery got problem now he is saying we don't have guarantee card. I called customer care toll free of amara raja they called they have sent twice their service engineers, but battery is with seller only. thats not in our house now, they went back wothout anything. Now customer care guy is saying from chennai we need guarantee card. From where we can get that without give us. Bill is there with date and seller is saying, battery got 18 months and nverter got 2 years guarantee with 5 years free service.
