Sending at wrong mailing address

Dear Mr Singhania

I am sorry to get back to you once again but I am comeplled to do that. To day morning I talked to Mr Vipin

in your office and was surprised to know that Annuity cheques for 2009 were sent to me in November

which has not reached me so far.

It was also informed that the cheques were sent to my earlier address which is neither valid nor applicable.

I want to know as to how and why the annuity cheques for 2009 were sent to my old address about which lot

of avoidable correspondence took place with your office, Chairman LIC and the Branch ofiice at Rishikesh in

2008.Moreover when your own office letter dated 06-08 was sent to my present and current mailing address

by the registered office confirming my present mailing address.

Now the least I would expect your office to do is to make the sent cheqes ineffective immediately and arrange to

credit the annuity amount through Ecs.

I request you to take immediate action in the matter
