Cancel one PAN Card

Hi,

I am holding a PAN Card No. (AFSPB1982P)(JURISDICTION: BPL/W/71/2) for the past 9 years and I have been submitting my Income Tax Returns on this PAN No.but i dont have recieve pan card

I saw in website my second pan card (AFCPB5305C)(JURISDICTION: MUM/W/11/8)

II was requested to use only PAN No. (AFSPB1982P). It was also stated that other PAN's allotted will become non-operational and should not be used.

My humble request is pls cancel my second PAN No. (AFCPB5305C)
