I have purchased APC Inverter model: HI 800 SQ on 07/5, which is in warranty now. I have booked a complaint on 15th August. (Complaint No: C1-699169098) They asked me to fax the bill copy to 080-25737503, this number was unattended, after trying for more than 100 times, I have called again the Customer Care. shockingly, I got answer like "no one is there in the service center". Then they gave an e-mail ID ([email protected]) which is invalid id and bounced back. On the next time they gave another ID ([email protected]). No response from there also. Today again I have called the Customer Care stating that no one has come for service / inspection, as usual they gave another e-mail ID ([email protected]). Now I have no faith in them. Please do the needful.
