While driving down to nagpur from chandrapur, one tyre suffered a puncture.
I had to purchase another Tyre from M.H.K.S.MOHAMED ALI, Tyre Division, Nagpur on 02.06.09.
I gave the punctured tyre for replacement claim

I received a communication from Apollo Tyres office in nagpur on 06.06.09 saying that there was no manufacturing defect.
If a tyre suffers a damage while driving on a normal road, and that too on its side wall within a month of its purchase is not only surprising but speaks about the quality of the tyre.
How can a tyre suffer a penetration damage by a sharp object on its side wall from the road, if it has to then the surface will get damaged and not the side wall. Are your tyres so weak that even the minor ups and downs and corners of the road damage them so easily.
I have been driving on MRF tyres on my Honda City from 2005 and never faced such a problem. Maybe I have done a mistake by going for Apollo Tyres instead of MRF or JK, a mistake which others should not do.
An experience of this sort with any customer, will deter me from using Apollo tyres in future or recommending the same to others.
