Delayed delivery from Indane

My family has been an Indane LPG gas user fur more years than I know. From when LPG came to India. However of late your service is truly in need of correction. Here are a few specifics:

Complaint against-Indane dealer, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Your system-Iam allowed to book for a refill only 21 days/3 weeks after last delivery date. Then it takes Indane another 2 weeks or more to deliver. So minimum time gap is 5-6 weeks. The date on the receipt is usually an earlier date. Is this fair?
