I have been to the Apsara Theater of Hubli (karnataka) for a movie ticket, where there is no facility to book the ticket in advance. But, the tickets are over after selling 15 to 20 tickets. But, the same are available in black with some people roaming around. They are charging 100 rupee for a 60 rupee ticket. This is a game between the Theater authority and the black market lobby. We need immediate actions against these kind of malpractice, which is against the government and they are simply playing a fraud game to save the tax.
