I am using airtel telecom services from last 5 long years, my no is 919975646678, my usage is high so I have decided to go for postpaid services from last month... but in my 1st bill it self i was upset about airtel postpaid services. they have charged 1100 rs of wrong bill as i am literate i could see that. horrible customer service they are having. My main concern of complain is @ the time of starting the services i have activate the 98 rs Internet mobile office plan, which give me access of using 2gb internet free. from the starting date of month To till the month end date my usage was 73 MB only and they have charged me 1100 rs for that, I tried so many time calling to Customer care exe, they alwase told me that systems are not working, call after 2 hrs, but after 3 days also they told me same thing, then i said one of the exe to transfer my call to your senior they they put me on hold for 15 mins and disconnected the call. I thought every big company feels " customer is king " but I feel sadly Airtel customer service exe or company doesn't feel that. Its not the concern about the money but it is very big problem about the services which company offering to cro's of people in India, and more than that they are doing fraud by giving you full details of bill... WORST COMPANY in giving service to people. I wanted to take the action please guide me.
