NO REFUND OF SECURITY

To whomsoever it may concern.

This is to bring to you notice that what a disgusting sevice organisation you guys are coming out to be. all you people care about is opening of new accounts but their maintenence is never on your minds.

I have been promised my security refund since almost a year now and there is no sign of progress in it. I activated my international roaming in october where i paid a secuity of rs 6000 and now its almost been 9 months i am asking for a refund and all your customer care people know is to file a complaint and give a request no. with no form of feedback.

I have made numerous calls and got ample of request nos.

I am finally filing a case with consumer court because that is the last option, i am tired of receiving fake dates of getting my security check back.
