Subscription Number BT1609268
I have not yet received my subscription gift after 4 months of commencement of subscription & wrote to their helpdesk.
Their responses have been extremely disatisfactory, see below their reply.
I would suggest customers to be cognizant of these facts before subscribing to this magazine.

We would like to thank you for your e-mail.
We are extremely sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you due to the non receipt of the Gift. As per the status received from our “Courier” agent, we would like to inform you that the gift were delivered to you. However, we are unable to provide you with the "Proof of Delivery" card, as the courier agency delete their records which are older then 03 months.
