I have subscribed for DNA newpaper for 2 years vide cheque no. 246574, drawn on State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur dated 2/1. The cheque was debited to my account on 1st Feb. However, till date I have not received subscription coupons. I have spoken several times to ur executive Nitin; however every time he gives false assurance that he will check and get back, but never revert. Nor on one peaks the contact Nos. 3988 8888 or answer from operator is that extension 8124 is busy call latter.
This is new strategy by DNA to cheat poor customers.
