My Name - Vishal Hariya, Address - Flat No 6, Wing A, Sunita Society, Near Nakhwa School, Tilak Road, Kopri Colony, Thane East 400603.Mobile No - 9821467796, B no 2297456, Form No - 1526602, Depot Name C52 Thane, Vendor Name - 352v0130 Nandu Deshpande,

I have paid via cheque the amount of Rs 449/, I was suppose to receive this gift by Oct/Nov but nothing has come so far.

Kindly advise what the status on this matter at the earliest
