Dear Sir,

I Deepak Shinde subscribed for your Hindustan times form no 516638 dt 08.10.2009 subscription amount was debited to my Icici bank account 00201007742 vide cheque 627035 for amount Rs 199/- However my HT coupon not reached to me. I personally called your call centre & briefed them about the coupons on 16 dec & 17 dec. They confirmed that the coupons not delivered to my address & wrongly dispatched to nariman point.

As on date there is no clue & I am without newspape
