Dear Sir,
I have taken a HT subscription for 2yrs around nov. I had informed them that I would be out of the country for about an year so for the same reason I cannot take the 2yr scheme. The executive Mr. Bipin Pandey assured me that the date does not matter. No sooner the paper vendor submits the coupons he gets 100/- for the delivery of the previous month. Being assured I take the scheme. Now I am back in the country and is left with 6 coupons of last year which the fail to re issue the upadated coupons. Why as a customer I must bear the consequence of the wrong information of an HT employee.
