I did an online renewal of my subscription for TIME magazine through India Today Group. The payment was made through credit card on 14th JUNE. I received the acknowledgement from the group on receipt of the payment with a note that it would take 4-6 weeks for the magazine subscription to restart.
However, it has been more than 6 weeks now and I am yet to receive the magazine. I am neither to receive any further update from the group on the state of my subscription.
Requesting your assistance in getting some status information from the group or at least the start of the magazine issues.
