I have a five years subscription of India Today Magazine upto 2012 and was receiving the magazine regularly but since October not receiving the copy of the magazine till today. I have lodged the complaint on October 25 Complaint No. is 2667422. I have also lodged the complaint on their "We Care" web site but all in vain. My subscription No. is ITE - 361123. You are, therefore, requested to look into my complaint.
