A representative from Just Dial visited our office on 10th Nov. We had agreed to take a one year contract with you for which you had done an immediate Credit Card Transaction of Rs. 8824 & we were told that the details would be up on site within 7-8 working days.
Since then we didn't heard from anyone at Just Dial's end & on 2nd December we gave them a call & we were informed that nothing has been done on this contract yet & it would take another 10-15 days for the contract to become operational.
Since, there words were different that the initial commitment Our company had asked them to cancel the contract as no action from their side had happen it should not have been a problem. There was no response from their Chandigarh or Delhi office.
Again, on calling them on 10th December we were told that no cancellation mail was received and the ID given to us was not operational. On checking their site we found out that the list was made.
On repeated cancellation requests the listing was made forcefully.
We want Just dial to cancel the contract & show us the actual not fabricated details of the listing. As for the money is concerned they can charge us prorated for the days the listing was actually up. As per our knowledge listing was not there on 2nd Dec & on 10th Dec after our mail to a specific person the listing was made online despite of our saying no to it.
