Free Shoes Not Received

Sir,

This is to inform you that I have booked one Reebok Kit from India Today Book Club in the month of March. Originally this kit offered by India today had Wrist watch, Reebok Bag, Reebok Shoes & Reebok Track Suit. This kit was for Rs. 3298.00. After that I received Message from the company that due to non availability of Reebok Shoes they are sending a Reebok Sunglasses free of cost and within some days we will be send you your Reebok Shoes free of cost and i was advised in the message to receive the Kit without my Reebok Shoes by paying the VPP charges, which i did.

But the Reebok shoes promised by the India Today that they will be sending me after some days, has not been sent to me yet. If I do not receive proper response for my complain from the company I will be forced to do something for public awareness, so that no one else should suffer this same problem.
