I am getting daily news paper of times of Inda for the last three years by paying yearly subscription and I getting paper daily from the ; LASHMI NEWS MART, NO. 40, ALLAPAKKAM MAIN ROAD, ALAPAKKAM, CHENNAI 116 - CELL NO. 9884055282
AND LAN NO. M24769303. Every years am paying subcription in the month of April, Last payment was made on 19/4 bearing cheque No. 949268 for Rs.299 cleared from my Bank SB A/c. No. 11402 of I.O.B. Nesapakkam, chennai.
Your agent mentioned above has collected the above cheque and deliviering the news paper daily but he has stopped to deliver citing that the payment was not made eventhough he himself colledted the cheque from me. now denying the cheque was not collected by him and demands when the cheque was by you, he needs token from me for paying the subscription for the current year.
kindly take necessary steps to deliver the papers regularly..
