I had ordered a kids bike from rediff shopping on 19th sept. and informed them to delivererd by 27th of sept. which is myson's birthday.they had even confirmed me that it will be deliverered on the same day. two years back i had ordered the same item but they had sent me some other bike.this time i first confirmed with the rediff about the product and had ordered. However, till now they had not sent me the product.everyday they promised me to send me the bike and also promised that if they couldn't send the product than they will return the money back. you can see the reply below which they had assured me on 2nd oct.that it will be delivered to me on the same day.i do not understand whythis people are cheating the customer.i think they should be taken some strict action by some concerned department.
Pleas do not buy any thing from the rediff shopping.they cheat you. and they never fullfill your choice.
