Missplacing of sim card

Dear nsir/madam,

with ref. to abve subject my brother i have a idea prepaid simwith no 9850609110. his hand set missplaced along with sim. now he want a same sim card with same no.

if it is possible give procedure to get new sim with same no.

i shall higly obliged if u do needful for same.
