Pass port office

Hello Sir,

I had applied for my passport in aug and till date i have not got my passport. So technically speaking it has been 11months since i applied for passport.

From last 6 months it shows same status Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO .

2 months back again i submit the details but there is no progress.please let me know what to do to get passport.

please let me know what is the problem for dispatching the passport.
