Today (Feb 5) I went to BESCOM.org website and found that the server is down whole day, as.
I wanted to complain of the following.online, but could not do so because of BESCOM server down.
Details of my Complaint :
In my following Flat No. 104 Jeevanadi Samskruti Apartments,
3rd Main, 3rd Cross, New Thippasandra, BANGALORE - 560075, I got an excessive Electricity Bill for Rs. 902 for a period of 12 days whereas my monthly Bill has never exceeded Rs. 350/-
Thus the Bill exceeds FOUR times the normal without any changes in its usage.
KINDLY INVESTIGATE and RECTIFY this urgently. My Cell No. is 9880076548.
